Fan Appreciation Night $10K Half-Court Shot Contest OFFICIAL RULES

       Promoter/Sponsor of this Fan Appreciation Night $10K Half-Court ShotContest is Pacers Basketball Development, LLC d/b/a Noblesville Boom (“Boom”), with an address of 125 S. Pennsylvania St., Indianapolis, IN 46204. All entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions provided in these Official Rules as well as by all interpretations of these Official Rules by Boom and by all other decisions of Boom, including resolution of disputes in connection with this contest, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Fan Appreciation Night $10K Half-Court ShotContest. 

ELIGIBILITY

The Fan Appreciation Night $10K Half-Court Shot Contest is open to each person who: (1) is a legal resident of Indiana, (2) is at least 18 years of age as of the commencement of the Contest Period (defined below), (3) is physically in attendance at the Noblesville Boom home game at The Arena at Innovation Mile in Noblesville, Indiana on March 26, 2026 (“Boom Game”) during the Contest Period, (4) is not a current high school, college or professional basketball player or coach, and (5) has not been a high school, college or professional basketball player or coach within the previous six (6) years of March 26, 2026.  Employees and immediate families of employees (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Boom, Pacers Basketball, LLC d/b/a Indiana Pacers and Pacers Sports & Entertainment (“Pacers”), the NBA Development League, LLC (“NBADL”), the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, as well as each of the aforementioned parties’ respective directors, officers, owners, members, employees and agents are not able to enter or win. 

CONTEST PERIOD

The Fan Appreciation Night $10K Half-Court Shot Contest begins on March 26, 2026 at 6:00 PMNoblesville timeand ends on March 26, 2026upon the conclusion of halftime of the Boom Game (the “Contest Period”).

CONTESTANT SELECTION

Boom will randomly select one (1) person (the “Contestant”) who is physically in attendance at the Boom Game during the Contest Period and otherwise meets all of the eligibility criteria above to participate in the Fan Appreciation Night $10K Half-Court Shot Contest. All people who are physically in attendance at the Boom Game during the Contest Period and otherwise meet all of the eligibility criteria above have an equal chance to be randomly selected to be the Contestant.

CONTEST OPERATION

At halftime of the Boom Game, the Contestant will have two (2) attempts to make one (1) basketball shot from behind the half-court demarcation line on the main basketball court inside of The Arena at Innovation Mile. The Contestant will be deemed the winner of the Fan Appreciation Night $10K Half-Court Shot Contest only if one (1) of the Contestant’s two (2) attempts are successful.

For the purposes of these Official Rules, an attempt will be deemed successful only if Contestant (i) successfully shoots the basketball downward completely through the applicable basketball hoop and net and (ii) no part of the basketball, Contestant’s body or Contestant’s clothing comes in contact with, or crosses over, the half-court demarcation line prior to the Contestant releasing the shot.

If the Contestant’s first attempt is successful, the Contestant will not receive a second attempt.

Contestant shall be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release attesting to the fact that he/she meets all of the eligibility criteria above, as well as other terms and conditions as designated by Boom, and consent to the use of his/her likeness in order to participate.

In the event Contestant’s actions at any time during the Contest Period (w) are inappropriate, indecent, obscene, profane, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, controversial and/or libelous, (x) promote bigotry, racism, hatred and/or harm against any group and/or individual, (y) constitute discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation and/or age, or (z) are unlawful, in violation of or contrary to applicable laws and/or regulations and/or these Official Rules, each as determined by Boom in its sole discretion, Contestant shall be automatically disqualified and Boom shall have the option to either (a) select an alternate contestant who is physically in attendance at the Boom Game during the Contest Period and otherwise meets all of the eligibility criteria above to participate in place of the Contestant or (b) cancel, modify or suspend the Contest.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION

If one (1) of the Contestant’s two (2) attempts is successful, the Contestant will receive $10,000 USD (“Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. The name of the winner can be obtained by writing “Fan Appreciation Night $10K Half-Court Shot”c/o Noblesville Boom Marketing Department, 125 S. Pennsylvania St., Indianapolis, IN 46204. 

TAXES

The prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the contest, unless otherwise indicated.  No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of Prize permitted except at the Boom’s option for a Prize of comparable or greater value.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

By entering, each entrant agrees to follow the Fan Appreciation Night $10K Half-Court Shot Contest Official Rules and forever releases, discharges, and waives any and all claims, liabilities and actions of any kind, howsoever caused or arising and whether by negligence, any intentional act or otherwise, that entrant may have or that may arise against Meta, Instagram, Boom, Pacers, NBADL, and/or  the  National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, as well as each of the aforementioned parties’ respective directors, officers, owners, shareholders, members, employees, representatives,  successors, assigns and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant’s participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the Prize (including but not limited to the substitution or changing of any prizing) awarded in the contest.  By entering, each entrant further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties and their insurers against any and all damages, costs, judgments, and/or expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and/or other legal fees) they may incur as a result of claims made against them in connection with either (i) entrant’s participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the Prize (including but not limited to the substitution or changing of any prizing) awarded in the contest.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, in consideration for being permitted to participate in this contest and the opportunity to win the Prize offered in this contest, the Contestant (and any alternate contestant) hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of his/her name, likeness, voice, photograph, performance, personal statements and/or biographical information in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Boom and/or Pacers, NBADL, the  National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, licensees, successors and assigns.  

CONTEST CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION OR MODIFICATION

Boom reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the contest and/or change dates or prizes (to a prize of equal or greater value) relating to the promotion in case of schedule changes, acts of God, force majeure events, computer viruses, bugs, corruption or unfairness of the security or administration of the contest, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of the Boom.
